Robbery
A man was robbed at gunpoint on the 1300 block of Second Avenue Feb. 22. Two males approached the victim and asked for a lighter. They then demanded his iPhone. When he declined, one of the suspects pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim’s head. After receiving the phone, the suspect with the gun punched the victim’s chest a few times before head butting him twice, yelling, “Fifty cal! Fifty cal!” The suspects then fled south on Second Avenue.

The suspects were arrested by Seattle Police in the bus tunnel on 5th Avenue.

Sexual assault
A man was arrested at the bar 9 Million Dollars in Unmarked Bills in Fremont for assaulting the bouncer and for sexual offense charges Feb. 21. Many witnesses stood by and took pictures with their cell phones as the man attempted to make out with a nearly passed out woman unable to hold her head upright. Additionally, it is reported that the man pulled down the woman’s shirt and appeared to be licking or sucking her nipples. When a bouncer at the bar tried to break up the activity the man taking indecent liberties punched him in the face, splitting the bouncer’s lip. The suspect tried to leave the bar with his friends in a cab and was then arrested.

Assault

A saliva assault occurred near Madison Market at East Madison Avenue and East Pine Street Feb. 19. The victim said an unknown suspect described as a black male in his 30s walked up to him and spit on him two to three times. The victim tried to walk away from the man to the other side of the street.

The suspect confronted him again and asked the victim if he wanted to fight and again spit on him. The victim fled into Madison Market and called 911. The suspect was located on 16 Avenue and East Howell Street and placed under arrest after the victim positively identified him.
